Hi,
the problem occurred with the final graphics driver and the new beta from last week.
This is how it looks normally http://www.directupload.net/file/d/4502/xqsbsjd6_jpg.htm Directupload.net - xqsbsjd6.jpg
And after waking up from sleep mode http://www.directupload.net/file/d/4502/dk6d6li3_jpg Directupload.net - dk6d6li3.jpg (taskbar gone, blackscreen, and Chrome minimize, maximize and the close buttons are gone as well)
It doesn't happen everyday, but today two times in a row. The only thing I can do is reset the PC (Intel NUC i5 Skylake - Windows 10 64bit)
I even tried a Windows clean install

Hello fabih1,
At this point, I strongly recommend to have your system up to date, with all driver and BIOS, you can download the latest BIOS version for this unit here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26283/BIOS-Update-SYSKLi35-86A-?product=89190 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26283/BIOS-Update-SYSKLi35-86A-?product=89190
Please see http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/000005850.html F7 BIOS Update Instructions for Intel® NUC
Once you have the BIOS update, http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html?wapkw=intel+display+audio Uninstall the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel® Display HDMI/Audio Driver, then go ahead and reinstall the graphics driver, make sure you have Windows up to date as well.
Download https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40- Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.40]
Please let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Ivan

Hi,
Thank you, for the answer.
I always have the BIOS up to date, as well as Windows 10 and graphics driver, right now I try the Beta from 9/30/2016, and still have the problem.
One thing I found out yesterday: When the problem occurred, it's enough to turn off/on the monitor (Asus PB287Q) and I don't need to reset the PC.

Hello,
I'm just following on this thread to ask you if your issue was resolved or if you still need further assistance. If the problem persists, could you please fill out the information from the link above when you have a chance, attach the Intel® SSU file, the Dxdiag and the report that you can get from the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005848.html Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers
Thanks,
Ivan

Hi,
I didn't had any problems over the last days. Seems like "Beta 15.40.xx.4539" (10/20/2016) fixed that bug.
Thanks a lot
