Graphic-Windows 10 DHC-Driver 26.20.100.8141, Display Audio Driver 10.87.0.9,
WiFi Driver 21.80.2.1, Wireless-Bluetooth 21.80.03.
MSI – GV72 8RD-012DE
Prozessor: Interl(R) Cote(TM) i7-8750 CPU@ 2.20GHz 2.20GHz

JueWe, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
Just to let you know, we only provide support in English language and currently, we are using a translation tool.
I just wanted to check if the problem with the applications still persists and if you need further assistance on this matter?

JueWe, We will be more than glad to further assist you with this topic.
As general information, what the Intel® Driver and Support Assistant does is to compare the current drivers installed in your platform with the ones that are available on our Intel® web site, if the application detects that the Intel® drivers are newer, it will install them automatically:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
The thing is that the Intel® drivers are generic, meaning they might or might not work with your system and probably that is the reason why those applications are crashing, but actually, the Intel® Driver and Support Assistant application is working properly.
Just to let you know, we always recommend to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since those drivers were customized by them work with your specific system.
I looked in MSI's web site, and you will find the proper drivers validated by them for your computer in the following link, the laptop should work with no problems when those drivers are installed:
https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GV72-8RD#down-driver&Win10%2064
Any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Albert R.
