  • Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
  • When did the issue first occur?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  • What version of the Intel graphics software are you currently using?
  • Have you recently updated the software or made any changes to your system?
  • Have you tried reinstalling the drivers to see if that resolves the issue?

I have tried upgrading the driver version, but it didn't work. Sometimes, after restarting the computer, it would display normally.

I'm not sure exactly when this problem occurred.

I have tried downgrading the driver version, updating the latest driver and restarting the computer. Sometimes it will recover.

The version of the driver I am currently using is 32.0.101.6881

Attached is my SSU.

Hi @DUTY,

Kindly Uninstall GPU driver via Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) software and reinstall the latest version 32.0.101.6913 (WHQL Certified), reboot the system and then check and observe if the issue still occur.
