Why is there nothing in the display tab of the Intel Graphics Command Center?

I have the latest driver for Intel HD 620 and an i5-7200u processor and windows 10 but nothing shows up in most of the tabs for the Command Center except for the "video" tab

You need to use the drivers provided by your laptop manufacturer and not the Intel generic driver.

 

If you still have problems, contact the laptop manufacturer for support of THEIR laptop.

To better assist you, please attach the following information:

 

  • A screenshot of the "Display" tab showing this problem.

 

  • A DxDiag report
  1. Go to Start > Run or Windows Key + R.
  2. On the Run prompt, type "dxdiag" then click OK.
  3. On the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click on Save All Information.
  4. Browse to a folder, type in a filename then click Save.

 

  • The computer model number.

Hello, I have the exact problem as stated in this thread, and I have the same exact processor, can you help me out?

I don't know how to upload the dxdiag report.
