debian can't open display on the platform : intel G6400 + gigabyte H410M H motherboard

My new computer components :

Processor: Intel GOLD 6400  Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte H410M H
GPU: Intel® UHD Graphics 610
dual OS: win10  , Debian 10 (buster)
Monitor resolution: 1920 x 1084

Boot into win10,all video displayed well.
Boot into debiann10-buster.

The gui can't be displayed ,so i press ctrl+alt f3:

lspci  -k | grep -i "VGA"
VGA comptible controller: intel corporation Device qba8(rev 03)
xrandr 
can't open display

It is no use to install mesa-utils and xserver-xorg-video-intel.

sudo apt install  mesa-utils  xserver-xorg-video-intel
startx
Xinit: unable to connect to x server:connection refused.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:  



1. Have you contacted Gigabyte to check if their motherboard supports Debian?


2. Have you checked with Debian support for drivers and/or firmware? Bear in mind that Intel; does not have drivers either support for this operating system.


3. Have you tested this operating system on another Intel's environment?
