I tried to set up RTX 3060 on eGPU with thunderbolt, but failed.

My laptop is LG gram with i7-1165G7, windows 10 Home 64 bit version 2004, etc.

Could you recommend right thunderbolt driver for this set-up?

You should be using the TBT driver provided by LG, your laptop vendor. Check their site for the driver package download. If you cannot find one on their site, call LG's support line.
