ARC Control getting reset after every reboot

Hey There,

I have been using intel arc a750 for 3 months but I am facing an issue!

Every time when I setup my arc control I mean when I customize my arc control setting then I apply setting on system boot it shows saved, But When I restart my pc every time my arc control gets reset. Please help me to solve this problem!

Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities.

 

We have identified an issue in which Arc Control settings will reset upon system reboot when using overlay mode. This is outlined in our release notes, check attached. If you are using overlay mode our recommendation is to use at the moment Arc Control desktop mode, you can change the setting in the gear icon on the upper left corner under "App Preferences". Let us know in case you are using only desktop mode and the issue persists.

As explained in our previous post we are aware of an issue that will reset the Arc Control settings after every reboot when using the overlay mode as noted you can use desktop mode as a workaround at the moment while we continue to work on this problem. Please let us know if you have further questions related to this topic so can assist.

We wanted to let you know that we have implemented a fix in the latest version of our driver 31.0.101.5081, we would appreciate it if you could update and share your feedback and let us know if the issue gets resolved without the need to use the previous workaround.

We have not received a response from you so far, so we will no longer monitor this thread. We hope you were able to update your drivers and take advantage of the fix that was included so Arc Control no longer resets the settings to defaults.
