The problem is the exactly the same as 戴森球计划火箭发射中的黑影/Black shadow in Dyson Sphere Program rocket launch - Intel Community about half a year before. However, as the original post is not updating because "the author have opened a (chat/email/phone) support case with us", I am posting for same problem on my side.
- What is the graphics driver you are using?
- 32.0.101.5972
- Tell us the name of the game or application and where to obtain it (Steam, Epic, etc.)Dyson Sphere Program on Steam
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1366540 - Provide us with the Intel SSU report from your system.
- If you do not wish to submit the SSU report then at least provide us with the following information about your system:
- Processor make and model.
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K - Motherboard make and model.
MAG B660M MORTAR WIFI DDR4 (MS-7D42) - Amount of memory (RAM).

- If you do not wish to submit the SSU report then at least provide us with the following information about your system:
- Tell us the steps to reproduce the issue (this is very important!)
- Create a new game in sandbox mode (for easy reproduce )
- Unlock all technologies and get some free item (press F)
- Place a Vertical Launching Silo, power it with an Artificial Star and a Tesla Tower
- Full the Artificial Star and the black artifact appears.
- Futhermore, if you try to acutally launch a Small Carrier Rocket with the Vertical Launching Silo, the black acrifact moves accordingly.
- For graphics corruption (per example artifacts, textures corruption or lighting glitches) please use Intel Arc Control to capture screenshots or a video showing the bug.
A recoding of the reproduction and a screnshot is attached

Hello DDEIe1,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing a detailed report regarding the black shadow issue during the rocket launch in Dyson Sphere Program.
Kindly answer the following questions:
- Have you done a Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows* when you did an upgrade for your Graphics Driver?
- Have you used the Display Driver Uninstaller to perform the Clean Installation?
- What is the Game Setting of Dyson Sphere Program so that we may replicate the issue
Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
We look forward to your response!
Best Regards,

Hi Robbie, thanks for your reply. For your questions:
- I didn't do clean installation nor DDU, but will try (while I think the it's not the cause as the problem exists on multiple clients with multiple versions of the driver)
- I don't want to send the SSU report to the public forum for privacy concerns. Please provide a email address so that I can send my SSU.txt to Intel

Hello DDEle1,
Thank you for your response. Since you haven't tried a Clean Reinstall yet, we highly recommend doing so. For detailed steps, please refer to Dyson Sphere Program Black Shadow in the Rocket Launch.
Once you've completed the update, kindly let us know the result.
We look forward to your response!

Hi Robbie, thanks for your reply. I just tried to reinstall the driver in 3 ways,
1. Click the checkbox to Execute a clean installation
2. Uninstall the driver with Device Manager until Microsoft Basic Display Adapter appears before reinstall the driver
3. Use DDU before reinstall the driver
However, none of these method works for me the the black shadow remains.
If you still need the SSU report, please kindly provide an email address to send to as I don't want to send the SSU report to the public forum for privacy concerns.

Hello DDEle DDEle,
Thank you for your patience. We have attempted to replicate the issue, however it appears we need considerable time to reach the level where a rocket can be launched, as the game required unlocking various buildings and resources.
We would like to kindly ask to share your game file where the rocket is being launched. This will allow us to expedite the investigation.
The game save file can be found at C:\[username]\Documents\Dyson Sphere Program\Save
Additionally, kindly perform a DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and install the latest graphics driver version 32.0.101.6130_101.6048.
We look forward to your response!

Hi @RobbieR_Intel ,
Thanks for your time if investigation. The game has a sandbox mode and only 1 min is needed to reproduce the problem for a clean installation of the game without any save files. Please check the video (2024-09-28 23-14-56.mkv.7z) I updated in the original post. I can updated the sandbox save through.
I will try install the non-WHQL driver later today.

Hi @RobbieR_Intel , please check my screen recorded (reuploaded) for the detailed operation to enable the sandbox mode for a new save. Use ESC to skip the open-up CG. Once you are in the game, you can also check the green sendbox mode guide for more details.
