The game's screen keeps flickering and it also warns me that my system doesn't support the driver.

To better understand the issue, I need more details about your system. Please provide the following information:

 

  1. Did the game previously work well, and has the issue only arisen recently?
  2. Where did you acquire the game, Detroit: Become Human (e.g., Steam, Epic)?
  3. What is the make and model of your monitor?
  4. Are you using direct cables (HDMI to HDMI, without converters or adapters)?
  5. I see that the current driver installed is not the latest version. Please perform a clean installation of driver version 32.0.101.6795 using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU).

When I first started playing this game, it was like this.

The game was downloaded by myself from the internet as a resource.

The brand of the monitor is KTC and the model is H27T22.

The connection used is a direct one.

This is also the case after I updated the latest driver.

I want to let you know that the message "Your graphics card is not officially supported by Detroit: Become Human" is hard-coded into the game and can be ignored. Our investigation shows that the game should run smoothly with Arc driver version 101.4824 or newer. For more information, please refer to our article titled "Detroit: Become Human* Says it Doesn't Support Intel® Arc™ Graphics but Game Still Runs."


Regarding the flickering issue, we are actively investigating it and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

Before you proceed with the update, please ensure a clean installation by using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove any traces of the previous drivers. This step is vital for achieving optimal performance.
