Hello there, i want to report that there is an error when opening Civil3D when using arc driver newer than 32.0.101.6130 driver version. When I open it there was an error that says "unhandled exception c0000027". Now I have rolled back the driver to 32.0.101.6130 version and that problem doesn't happen again. Hope that Intel can solve this problem in future update, thanks for the attention.

Hello there, thanks for the response. I've already submit the SSU information of my laptop below. I look that there is new driver with WHQL certified that already launced recently. Now i'll try it and finding if it will have the same problem like the previous one.

Hi narotama,

I suggest trying the latest version 32.0.101.6319 and apply DDU with this driver:

Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*

Let me know if the issue still persists.

Hi chatpoint0,

To avoid further confusions, I suggest creating another thread for your inquiry.
