Was happy to see Halo Reach on MCC fixed, but then I saw this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ruIeBf-pppE
Apparently since that's the Game Pass version (Which likely also means the microsoft store version as well), it's not fixed on that version, just the steam version.

Hello everyone,
Thank you for your time.
I have been working on the investigation, and I want to let you know that the fix for the Microsoft Game Pass version of this game was released today in driver version 31.0.101.4953.
Please clean install the current driver with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) by following the article How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver. Then install the driver 31.0.101.4953.
Let me know the results.

Andres,
CONFIRMED! Performance of the Microsoft Store version is at the same performance as the Steam version.
However, a new issue has arisen in Halo MCC (Microsoft Store/Game Pass version) in the form of graphics glitches. This is for the Reach campaign. I have attached a video, along with an updated SSU, to this reply for you to see. It is unknown whether the other campaigns are affected. So far I have yet to see any of the issues in Halo 4. I will continue to play the other campaigns to see if it's just Reach or if the rest of the game is affected.
