Thank you for posting in the Intel communities. We would be more than happy to assist you with your problem.
To better help you, please provide us with the following:
- How did you install the new driver? Did you use the Intel Driver and Support Assistance, or you installed it manually?
- Is the issue present if you have used another Monitor or video output?
- To have more details about your system, provide us with system reports using the following tools:
-Intel
- Download the Intel SSU
- Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
SSU will take you to the "Summary View." - Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save."
- Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
-Intel® Graphics Command Center:
- Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
- Navigate to the Support tab
- Select System Diagnostic
- Click Generate Report
- Select Save and name the output file.
