Intel 730 RESOLUTION ISSUE

I'm Using new intel drive for HD730 Graphics( gfx_win_101.5084_101.5122 ) and it's only work on MAXIMUN 1080P RESOLUTION, but my monitor is 4k, i have to use OLD DRIVER to reach 4k on it ( igfx_win_101.1660 ), someone have something to fix this?

Thank you for posting in the Intel communities. We would be more than happy to assist you with your problem.

 

To better help you, please provide us with the following:

  • How did you install the new driver? Did you use the Intel Driver and Support Assistance, or you installed it manually?
  • Is the issue present if you have used another Monitor or video output?
  • To have more details about your system, provide us with system reports using the following tools:


-Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU) 

  • Download the Intel SSU
    • Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
    • To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save."


-Intel® Graphics Command Center:

  • Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
    • Navigate to the Support tab
    • Select System Diagnostic
    • Click Generate Report
    • Select Save and name the output file.
