There's nothing to talk about.
All reports have been done and there is nothing to do other than report that there is no improvement.

I have the same issues.

I purchased the a310 eco for use I'm my Plex media server for the AV1 functionality, but the constant cycling of the fan and the related noise is so bad, I removed it and installed in an identical computer so I could only run it now and then to perform updates and attempt tuning until this problem is fixed.

I boot that computer to Windows and Linux for testing but the fan problem persists. The card works great for AV1 encoding and rarely exceeds 57 degrees but the fan cycling fan noise still prevents me from putting back in the server, and stops me from recommending it to anyone.

It has all the latest firmware and drivers, and I try running both Intel and Acer software, but the defect persists.

I have taken permanent measures.
That is to purchase such a cable on AliExpress etc.

convert cable arrived, so I made the modification.
fan controlled by the case fan control on the motherboard (X870E Taichi), and set to PWM 25%.
(by the way, this fan will not start at 0-24%. 30% is about 2700 rpm.)
there is absolutely no vibration in the rotation speed.
fan rotation speed error is less than ±10 rpm.
this is the behavior that all users expect!

That sounds like the best plan so far.
Do you have the part number you ordered the cable under?

Hello yosiox,

Upon further investigation, I would like to inform you that the original issue you reported should be directed to Sparkle, along with any other concerns regarding the Arc Sparkle graphics card.

Regarding your second concern about the fan speed when using the fixed fan target, we found that the fan speed remains consistent with the set target. We used Furmark to stress test the A310 with the fan target fixed at 30%. The fan speed ranged between 2800 RPM and 3200 RPM, which is expected, even as GPU temperatures increased. This demonstrates that Arc Control effectively manages the GPU fan.
