This has been an ongoing issue since the start of the year, and has continued following manual driver installs, the removal and reinstallation of Arc Control, and switching in and out of the beta channel. Simply put: Arc Control never, ever finds new drivers for my A750, even when drivers are very much there for the taking. It also doesn't think that it's failing to find them: it always pops up happily to say that my drivers are up to date... even when they aren't.
See below photograph (windows snipping tool can't activate while the overlay is active...) from today, after a manual 'check for updates' has been triggered, and note the 'You're up to date!' pop-up in the bottom-right:
I have since manually downloaded and installed the latest drivers (as I'd quite like to play Starfield), and Arc Control can see that we've now got drivers from September rather than, say, July, but it's a little tedious having to take this approach, rather than having Arc Control, well, take control for me.
I'm curious to know if this is a known/widespread issue, or just a me problem!
Running the latest version of Windows 11, on a Ryzen 3700X/ASRock X570 Steel Legend build.

Hello Leukippe,
Thank you for posting on the Intel
In case we need to replicate the issue, and check if the logs report something wrong, please follow the steps below:
- Follow the article How to Get Log Files for Intel® Arc™ Control Logs to generate them.
- Just to clarify, I see in the Intel® SSU report you attached that the latest graphics driver version is installed, even though it is in the latest version, does Intel® Arc™ Control show that the version installed is 31.0.101.4577?
