My gpu fan is out of control

I have an intel arc a770 in my prebuilt computer from NZXT. The fan in my gpu is constantly running at its maximum fan speed constantly. I have gone into the intel arc control panel to set a fan curve but it has accomplished nothing in resolving my issue.
