Need the ability to switch between D3D9On12 and WARP

The D3D9On12 implementation used by IntelArc is so disastrous that it is plagued by a plethora of freezes, crashes and drawing bugs in D3D9 applications.
It is laughable, but the reality is that Microsoft's software renderer, the WARP device, can render much more accurately and without crashing.
From the Arc control panel
I would like to see the addition of an option to specify d3d9 rendering via d3d9on12.dll and d3d9 rendering via WARP devices on a per application basis.
