Please help, the device shows a black screen

I have a black screen when using the new graphics card b580. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? I have tried to go into the bios and open the resizable bar. The motherboard model is msi B350M MORTAR, and the bios version is 7A37v1O9 (Beta version).

The CPU I'm using is a Ryzen 5 1400. Could this be the cause of the problem? In addition, I found that I need to use bios csm so that I won't be unable to exit bios

I find root cause, b580 is currently in normal use.
