Unsupported Graphics Card Error Arc A750

Hello,

When I'm trying to open Epic Games Launcher after installing the launcher says "Unsupported Graphics Card. Please ensure your card meets the minimum system requirements....".

I have Intel ARC A750 GPU.

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We understand you are facing an error message when launching the Epic Game Launcher.

 

In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:

  • Can you try reinstalling the program one more time?
  • Is the  Intel ARC A750 the first graphics card installed on your system?
  • Create a report using the Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU):
    • Download the Intel SSU
    • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
    • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

Before closing the thread, we would like to make a last post informing you that we have tested our latest driver with Epic Launcher, and it worked correctly. In case the issue is still present, and since we don't have sufficient info to proceed further, you should contact the app developer for further support.
