Hi @sojib,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to extend my sincere gratitude for your patience as we conducted a thorough investigation into the issue you reported. Your understanding and cooperation have been invaluable during this process.
To address your concern, we utilized an AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800X Desktop Processor paired with the Intel A750 graphics driver, following the settings and steps you provided. While the processor used in our testing is slightly more advanced than your Ryzen 5 5600, the results should offer a close approximation of your experience.
During our tests with both the 32.0.101.6881 WHQL Certified graphics drivers, we did not encounter the issue where the processor takes up most of the workload. This suggests that the latest driver version may resolve the problem you are experiencing.
With this in mind, I recommend installing the latest graphics driver version: 32.0.101.6881 WHQL Certified graphics driver or newer. Please let us know if the issue persists after updating, as we are committed to ensuring your system performs optimally.
Thank you once again for your patience and trust in our support. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Regards,
Ernesto C.

Hi @sojib,
Thank you for the quick revert. I would like to confirm if you have tried install the latest graphics driver that I've mentioned earlier? What I've provided earlier shows that the graphics driver is not at fault on the performance issue that you've encountered.
If yes, it's possible that there are other causes of the issue that both you and I need to explore to find the root cause of the issue.
At this point, I would like to ask for your help to obtain the latest Intel SSU scan from your system.
Regards,
Ernesto C.

I don't understand whether you are trying to solve this problem or not. Because so many months have passed but no one has been able to solve that problem.

This issue was reported to them in January, and we communicated with them on the forum for two months without resolving it. After updating the latest driver today, I suddenly found that the hardware acceleration of PR can be used normally. The compatibility test of Intel graphics card really shocked me.
