Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities.
Based on the official Riot website Multithreaded Rendering is more CPU dependent than GPU. Please check the following link and verify that you meet their requirements:

if you meet the requirement make sure that you have Hyperthreading enabled in your BIOS in case you have an Intel CPU, this will allow the processor to run multiple threads in one core which is needed for the feature to work in the game. If the issue persists, let us know the model of your processor so we can further check this issue.

Since you meet the requirements for multithreading rendering and Valorant and taking into consideration a previous GPU works for the settings to be enabled, in order to discard any possible driver issue I would like to recommend you reinstall or update to the latest driver version 31.0.101.4644 before installing it, please delete the previous drivers' leftovers from Intel and Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller to make sure there are no conflicting or corrupted driver files.
If the issue continues to happen, I would like to know if Resizable Bar is enabled on your system, we recommend enabling this setting for optimal performance and compatibility.

I did all of that alredy, and yes I have resizable bar enabled.

We want to let you know at the moment we have been able to reproduce this issue after trying to enable "Multithreaded Rendering" in the in-game settings the option is not showing up. We passed the information to the corresponding team so once there is an update on this problem we will let you know.

After carefully reviewing this issue we believe that the game makes a validation of the system components to display the available graphics settings. There might be a game limitation when the game is detecting the Arc GPU. We tested the game as you can see in the screenshots attached when using an Arc GPU the multithreaded rendering option is not available but there is another option "Experimental Sharpening" which is not available for Nvidia graphics.
Due to the above reasons we recommend that you contact the game developer directly for further troubleshooting, in case the issue cannot be resolved from their side, please open a new thread so we can further assist and just reference this one.

Based on the game developer's response it would seem there is a compatibility issue, since they cannot help from their side allow me to pass the information to our team to check for the next steps, however, please note that at this point we cannot promise any outcome since it seems there is a limitation from the game side. After further checking this problem with our team we determined that the support for multithreaded rendering in this case the availability of the option since the GPU should be able to handle multithreaded rendering, should be implemented by the game developer. We apologize for the inconvenience.
