Hello,
I'm taking the Intel Edge AI certification online training, but am unable to access any DevCloud for the Edge resources. Here's what I did.
Step 1: Watched the video lesson.
Step 2: Logged into my DevCloud account and saw this page (see attached screenshot named Step 2) which has 3 Get Started links.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/devcloud/edge/overview.html
Step 3: Clicked Get Started link for the Run Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Edge Solutions on OpenVINO™ Notebooks
I get a 500 error (see attached screenshot named Step 3).
Step 4: Clicked Get Started link for the Bare Metal Development.
I was prompted to sign in again, though I'm already signed in (see attached screenshot Step 4a). I clicked Click Her to Sign In button. I get a 500 error (see screenshot Step 4b).
Step 5: Clicked Get Started link for Deep Learning Workbench.
I see a page titled Deep Learning Model Explorer & Workbench, with a Log In to DLWorkbench button. (see attached screenshot named Step 5a). When I clicked it, I get a 500 error (see attached screenshot named Step 5b).
So I'm unable to access any notebooks or workbench resources. Please help since I cannot take the quiz without trying the tutorials or examples.
Thanks!

Tried all those techniques, same result.
Could you please confirm you (and other users) are able to access the notebooks endpoint below? I get a server side error (500) so it must be affecting anyone trying to connect to the edge notebook endpoint.

Update: Tried on a different Mac, still face the same problem. If no other user has reported this problem, it likely has to do with my account setup. I'm enrolled in the MLOps Professional Course as well, but that should not cause this error, I think.

Hi redbaron,
Thank you for your patience. Based on our investigation, it looks like your account was not fully created, your home directory is missing.
Can you open this link in an incognito browser and log in with your Intel account?

Hi @Sarven_Intel @Zulkifli_Intel
TLDR:
I am facing the same issue similar to @redbaron @srinivasara . I am able to access OneAPI jupyter environment and Intel Developer cloud console but not able to access: https://notebooks.edge.devcloud.intel.com/
Issue:
I was able to use the jupyter environment earlier. First issue I noticed that all versions of OpenVINO python kernel was crashing. Later when one kernel was initizalized and connected, I used GitHub - huggingface/optimum-intel:
from HuggingFace hub and the environment crashed. Soon after that when I tried to restart the session, I face the "504 gateway Time-out".
Steps I followed:
1. Log in to my DevCloud account
2. Click on get started from Overview of Intel® Developer Cloud for the Edge
3. The page: https://notebooks.edge.devcloud.intel.com/ must open a Jupyterlab environment but results in the below image:
