Delegated admin limited license access SSLC

I have a coworker that I have set up as a delegated admin, they are able to log in successfully but they do no have access to all the licenses I have access to.

How can I have this modified?

Welcome to INTEL forum. Apologize for the delay in respond as there are an issue on posting a reply. For license Access, User must have a My Intel account to access the Self-Service Licensing Center. https://licensing.intel.com/     

For Adding Delegate Administrators, you could refer to Self Service Licensing Center User Guide.

This was the process that I had used to create a "Delegate Administrator", the issue is that the delegated Administrator does not show all the licenses that I see. 

 

Is there an additional setting to allow the delegated administrator to have access to those missing?
