Error in Self Service Licensing Center to set up the license

Hello,

I am an Intel employee and signed in directly through Intel account. I recently installed Quartus Prime Standard Edition. I am trying to set up a license via the Self Service Licensing Center, but all I keep getting is access denied. I have an Intel account, so I don't think that is the issue. I have tried different browsers and clearing my cookies and cache.

The error is:

I have already seen all the relevant posts related to this issue in this forum, but I didn't find any solution to the issue.

How may I solve this issue?

Hello ,

For Intel employee, you can generate the license using this link.

Intel PSG employee ;
SEP: https://www.altera.com/sep.html.

For employee from greater Intel, kindly refer to Intelpedia site;
https://intelpedia.intel.com/Altera.

Thank you.

Hello,

I have a related question.  I'm a greater Intel employee (not PSG).   Can I use the LICENSE servers on a home computer that is not connected to the Intel internal network?  Will that work or do I need to be connected to the internal network (via VPN)?

Thanks,

Stephen
