Just trash the folder. You don't really need the uninstaller.

1) You can install the program again and then you should get the uninstaller back.
2) Alternatively, you can try using the windows app uninstaller.
To use the uninstall manager:
i) Open control panel
ii) Under programs go to "Uninstall a Program"
iii) You will see a list of your programs, navigate to the program you want to uninstall
iv) Select the program you want and press uninstall.
v) This should uninstall the program without the uninstaller.

Hi!!
I am currently having the same issue. I tried deleting the folder or uninstalling from Control Panel without success. What else could I do?
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you try to manually delete the remaining files or folders, in C:\intelFPGA or your custom installation directory?
Try to reinstall the same Quartus version (make sure to put it in the same directory as it was previously), then attempt to uninstall it again.

Unfortunately, I don't have the spare memory to install it again. Specially if I need to install it in the same directory. It was quite a challenge to release 1 GB, I can't do the whole program again. Is there another alternative?

Which Quartus version are you using? Are you using Window OS?
