DE1-Soc unhalting the second core

Good day, 

I am using the processor on DE1-SoC with Altera Monitor Program. I would also like to use the second core. I have seen everything about booting, but I haven't seen how to unhalt the second core. I read that the second core is held on reset. A simple instruction on how to unhalt the second core would be much appreciated.
