Anyone please help me. How to solve this error?

I got it when I want to run waveform simulation for ripple carry adder project.

What operating system and version?

You are using ModelSim, correct, for simulation? What version?

May I know what is this error occur during compilation?

What device you are using? I can see you use quite old Quartus, probably need to use latest version for you supported device.
