Hi Kkoko1,
Thank you for posting in the Intel™ communities.
Similar questions about laptop compatibility with the Intel® Optane™ Memory have been asked, however it’s not possible for us to know if a particular laptop model will be compatible and will support the module. That depends on the manufacturer's design.
I know from the following thread that the ASUS* laptop model GL553VD doesn’t support the module: https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D50P0000490XhkSAE/unsupport-bios, however I haven’t found any reference of your specific model stating that it supports the module.
When it comes to laptop configurations, we always recommend to contact the laptop manufacturer, ASUS* in this case, to confirm if the Intel® Optane™ Memory is indeed supported, and if so, to get better assistance to configure the system for it. Laptops usually come with special features and configurations that we are not aware of, so it’s better to contact the manufacturer before doing any system change.
I hope you find this information useful.
Have a nice day.
