Hi,
I am trying to compile the Altera simulation libraries for ModelSim for the first time. I followed these instructions (
http://quartushelp.altera.com/current/mergedprojects/eda/quartus2/eda_pro_simlib_comp.htm), but I get an error during the compilation process.
Below is the error:
Error:# ** Error: (vlog-7) Failed to open design unit file "c:/altera/10.1_nano/quartus/eda/sim_lib/mentor/altera_lnsim_for_vhdl.sv" in read mode.
In the
C:\altera\10.1_nano\quartus\eda\sim_lib directory I found these two files: altera_lnsim.sv and altera_lnsim_components.vhd, but not the requested altera_lnsim_for_vhdl.sv file. The mentor directory that the error mentions is at the same level as the sim_lib directory and does not contain any library files.
Has anyone else had similar issues?
