Q1. How can we assign a fixed value to an input Bus in Block Diagram/Schematic File?
Q2. What is the difference between orthogonal bus tool and diagonal bus tool?
Q3. How can we implement wire assignments in Block Diagram file?  e.g wire [99:0] mywire = 100'h12;

Q1. You can try use PARAM primitive. Reference: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Quartus-Prime-Software/How-to-wire-the-PARAM-from-Quartus-primitives-in-a-BDF-file/td-p/47193
Q2. The difference is in the wire style in which one is orthogonal and another is diagonal. Both are bus wire. Orthogonal is mostly used.
Q3. Refer back to Q1.
