What OS that you were using? Can you try other modelsim version?

Can you check the following and let us know the result?

1) Do you have enough memory for installation? A full installation of the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition software requires up to 75 GB of available disk space. You may check the Memory Recommendation here (Chapter 1.3)

2) Before installing the Intel Quartus Prime software, disable all the software running in background and the anti-virus software.

3) Is the software installation successful if the device driver is not installed? If yes, refer to this KDB.
