I set auto global clock on.
But some global clock's fan-out is very low.
I really don't how many fan-out means low.
I assume 1000.
Can I set that only the signal which fan-out is bigger than 1000 can be a global clock?

No, but you can manually choose which clocks should be global and which shouldn't using the Global Clock assignment in the Assignment Editor. Use that assignment along with the Auto Global option (on by default) to manage all your clocks.

Hi sstrell
OK. Thank you very much. But I afraid of choosing improper signals on the global network that slow down the over design. Assigning global clock need many trial and error.
