Hello,all
I recently synthesis DDR2 controller(my own design) with ALT_DQDQS(quartus generate DQDQS PHY with DDR2_SDRAM). Quartus encounter a Internal error when assembler process. This error is shown as follows picture. Can you help me to solve this problem ,thank you very much. http://b29.photo.store.qq.com/http_imgload.cgi?/rurl4_b=e72e028073496c5b726f222663e2631660aa79c72b6cf822d673b5b94bd52664e4cf2df2465e1be691549455cf67104adf4b373c3bb35bae9dbf3a85ba8adc6ae067a33877c9682fcd79f3f99b39b5987623010d&a=28&b=29連結已複製

I don't know how to display this image. I just attach the image address, you can click this address to see the image. Actually, I can't capture the data by signaltapII which is output from ALT_DQDQS Megafunction, even this data is registered through many registers. Quartus come up a Internal error when assembler process when I capture the data from ALT_DQDQS or I output the data to output port, contrary, quartus assemler run successfully. Thank you.
PS : I have get into the datapath and look at the write and read registers before they are latched to/from the I/O.
I don't why my controller internal registers can't be probed by SignalTapII?? Is there some another configuration to ALT_DQDQS megafunction,I already read the ALT_DQDQS specification in detail ,but I don't find any information can help me??I don't think this is memory issue.
Once I probe the data in my data path, this internal error come up even I just run the single process of quartus9.0(Windows Xp),otherwise it runs successfully. I think it maybe ALT_DQDQS is not correctly configured, but I don't how to debug this problem. I had resarch the ALT_DQDQS SPEC in detail, but don't find any usefull information to solve this problem. Finally image is upload correctly now. http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=1790&stc=1&d=1259373303 (http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=1790&stc=1&d=1259373303)
It´s hard to say. I often had some internal errors and then I always compiled it a second or third time and then it works. Thats why I thought of some memory problems. Maybe there are some kind of recursive implementation that make these problems.
