Quartus support cyclone II

HI
I have BORED DE2, Windows 10, 64 bit, I know version 13.1 Quartus is compatible with cyclone II, but version 13 does not support 64 bit.
what should I do?

Don't know what you mean.

I have QuartusII Web 13.0sp1 installed both on a Win7 Pro 64b and a Win10 Pro 64b 21H2 system and it runs fine on either platform.

I use if for a TerAsic DE1 board that has a CycloneII EP2C20 part. No issues.
