Questa not working even after generating LM_License_File and setting environmental variable

The Questa Intel FPGA Starter Edition  suddenly closes on opening even though after generating LM LICENSE file and placing it in its respective locations and also setting the environment variable.

          The content in the native link simulation file is given below:

On giving RTL simulation, the below given was shown:

NB: no error is shown  as I give RTL simulation and still VSIM is not opening. I could not rectify because no error is popping on the screen

Help to resolve this issue

I dont understand, as you run the simulation via nativelink, the vsim command is not working? or the questa gui is not even launched?
