unable to open viewdraw after installing quartus

My Viewdraw gives the error of MSVCR90.dll file missing after i install quartus on win-xp . I have tried installing Quartus before Viewdraw and vice versa too, even installing in different drives but nothing helps.Also i cannot find the file in the system32 folder anytime before or after installing Quartus. When Quartus is supposed to work along with Viewdraw, such an error is not expected.what can be done to solve this issue. I need to run both softwares on my PC for my work.

Hello roliagrahari, 

has the issue with missing MSVCR90.dll been resolved?   Asking this because I have problems with Cadence PCB design software. After I installed Quartus II Web Edition all Cadence tools stall with failure: '..... this application has failed to start because MSVCR90.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.... '   But a re-install of Cadence tools didn't helped. Only curios thing I found so far is to uninstall Quartus II. Doing so all Cadence SW is working fine.   Anyone else who experienced similar issues? Any solution for this?

no, the issue dint get solved yet.I still face the same problem when i install both. so i try to keep my works on each software exclusive and install the one needed that time so that i need not face the problem again . But this is not the solution. Altera and other EDA s/w companies need to do something as their softwares are meant to be compatible.:)
