technical assistance request ( s/o#605448)

Hi Tech,

part#FJ8067702739628S R33Z

PO: 029-UV722

QTY: 5

D/C: 2013

Lot Code: X013E402

Our customer received above parts and found they have coplanarity issue.

Please see attached pictures.

You can find part is tilted and deformed in different degrees, and there is a greater risk of empty soldering.

Could you help check and advise if parts defective or any other reason?

Hi Maria,

Our customer replied as below:

" Yes, it is right. We use 5CSXFC4C6U23C8N FPGA, Dual-core CORTEX-A9, 600MHz,672-UBGA.

And I am a hardware and software engineer.”
