Intel Core Ultra 7 takes 8 hours for a Windows Update

My notebook configuration is

   Dell Inspiron 16 Plus 7640

   Intel Core Ultra 7  155H

   NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060

   16 GB DDR5 RAM

   Windows 11 Pro

The notebook runs normal, excluding for every Windows Update I have to calculate 8 to 12 hours.

Nobody can tell me what happens here. Any ideas ?

Have you asked microsoft?  It may not be a processor issue.
