Hello JedG,

 

Please provide the reasons for the screen stuttering that are not related to the Intel npu.sys driver calling synchronous network requests.

Please provide the complaint channel, as I need to file a complaint regarding the handling of this matter.

Hello JedG,

 

You keep stating that this issue needs to be resolved by the OEM without providing any reason. However, the kernel stack trace shows that the system freeze is caused by a network request initiated by your Intel npu.sys. If you acknowledge this cause but explicitly choose not to address it, please provide an explanation. If you confirm this is not the cause, please give your reasoning—why does the kernel freeze at this point?
