Internal microphone not working

Hi, I got my Hyundai Hybook laptop from the Lane Community College(LCC) Titan Store in the Fall term last year around October-November and after I got it I upgraded the os to Windows 11 pro and the internal microphone has not worked when I tried setting it up through the properties/ settings it does not show a format, I also tried many to set it up with no results for a format, testing it, and checking the updates to help it. I have used the Student Help Desk at LCC Center Building, the Computer help people in the Erb Memorial Union building on the University of Oregon Campus, and people I know to try and help me fix it with no luck each time. Please Help me because I can't use my laptop on discord voice, Facebook Messenger, or even Zoom when I want to use the microphone? I do have screenshots to help with visuals of my problem.

Thank you,

YuYuNasha

This seems to be a common problem with this make and model of laptop. The issue is that Hyundai do not provide an audio driver for the Hybook so the usual route of just reinstalling the driver is not available. This may also be why the normal sources of help have not come up with an answer to this issue. Given all that the only answer may be to use a separate USB microphone which although not as convenient as a built-in mic will at least work. If the laptop supports Bluetooth you could also look at a Bluetooth microphone adapter as a alternative.
