SL6JE KC333/256

Good afternoon to all forum members.
I have a problem with the soldering temperature performance of the SL6JE 333MHz/256MHz processor.
I know this processor is quite old, but it's still used today in aircraft displays.
Does anyone have any information about this chip?
I'm using an automatic precision rework station.
When it reaches 220°C, the soldering is perfect, but it kills the chip.
Thank you.

It is an old Pentium:

Just test it and it works for me.

@AlHill,

While it's true that the link to the Electronic Data Sheets site works just fine, the link on that site to actually download the datasheet doesn't work.

@transiente,

I found a part listing at Rochester Electronics that does have a link to a datasheet (see here: https://www.rocelec.com/part/01t4w00000PPGPuAAP-KC80524KX333HW). If the linked datasheet is the correct one, great, you have what you need. If not, however, let me know exactly what the part is; I have a fairly extensive collection of datasheets and may have what you need.

Good afternoon, AlHill.
Thanks for your help.
I downloaded the datasheet, but it doesn't mention the soldering temperature.
I tried it at the standard temperature, and it solders well, but it kills the chip.
It shorts out. I think there must be a different way to solder it.
I've already lost three parts trying.
If you can help me with this, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks again.

Sorry, but I do not think you will get much help/support on a 30-year-old product.
