Hello VARADHARAJAN,

Thank you for reaching out to our Communities. I understand that you would want to know the latest Microcode Patch available for your 13th Generation Processor.

To clarify, are you referring to your processor as an i5-13500 or as a i5-13500KS?

The latest available Microcode Update for your Motherboard, Gigabyte B760M DS3H AX would be the 0x12F Patch.

However, on some motherboard, like for example an ASUS Z790 Motherboard would have the latest microcode patch, 0x12F.

The latest BIOS of your Motherboard, F20, only has the 0x12B Patch available there.

If you would want to install the latest Microcode Patch, 0x12F, I highly suggest you contact Gigabyte for further instructions or information regarding this.

If you have further questions from us on our end or further clarifications, please do let us know.

Best Regards,

I may be mistaken, but I'm quite certain that 0x12B and 0x12F is for RPL-E/HX/S. The most recent microcode for i5-13500 (Alder Lake, deceively marketed as Raptor Lake) is currently 0x3a.

@RobbieR_Intel

Thanks for  you replying to me.

My processor is an i5-13500 processor BIOS F21a with current microcode 0x38. I installed this BIOS on 15th May 2025 before publishing it to the Gigabyte site.

13500 is  non K/KF/KS  processor.

Thanking you.
