Let me know the exact footprint or both MicroC and lwTCPIP stack in a FLASH http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/huh.gif How to find those information via DataSheets , can anybody point to that information for documentation. We are using the AM29LV065DV120REI flash , is there any other flash devices that is in suggestion in line for Altera device compatibility thanks group Satish KLink Copied

The size can vary, based upon the options that you've chosen...in both uC-OSII and LWIP. Take a look at the webserver or simple socket templates, in the IDE, to estimate the size for yourself. Don't quote me, but I seem to recall something around a few hundred kilobytes.
Also, I don't see how this would seriously impact the size of the flash you choose. Are you planning to run the code from the flash? - slacker- Mark as New

Even I am interested in knowing the footprint as I plan to execute the code from Flash. Are there any cons of using flash in this manner.
