hi,

the easiest is :

go to quartus programmer --> hardware setup

and disable all cables exept the one u use for download the .sof

for example if u have : ByteBlaster & MasterBlaster activetied then remove the MasterBlaster. http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif

hi,

another tip :

if u are using byteBlaster download cable u will have intermitant problem like "exiting due to I/O errors".

but u can do the following :

--> if your IP @ddress is still not configured so go to file system : /etc/rc and uncomment the line :# ifattch ... and configure the IP address

--> after configuring the device u can access the uClinux by telenet instead of nios2terminal : it's more fast
