Hi there, this laptop has been good for the past year. One day I noticed something's strange with the performance.
It seems the CPU speed drops to 1.80 and stuck there when I do multitaskings light things let alone playing games.
Any idea how to fix it? Thanks!
I have attached IPDT, SSU, XTU screenshot, benchmark and a video of XTU (plugged in and not plugged in) and some other things incase needed
XTU video also can be accessed here: https://ttprivatenew.s3.amazonaws.com/pulse/jyym27/attachments/14233112/TinyTake29-07-2020-01-20-54.mp4

You have a U processor. XTU only supports X and K processors.
You should uninstall XTU and reset the bios to defaults.
And, if you are undervolting, that is a bad thing:

Hi,
Thanks for the response. I might don't know what I did that cause it to undervolting. (Or maybe someone else have change the configuration). How can make it to not undervolting?
Also, how to reset the BIOS to default?

Contact your system manufacturer for information on how to reset their bios.
