How do I build the driver for a 3rd party light sensor?

I have a light sensor connected to the I2C1 in TGL UP3. I have the xml and the library files for the sensor. Would you please tell me how to build a driver for the ISH?

     i5-11320H is used and the sensor is connected to i2c1 of ISH.
