On the xtu download page, read under "This download is valid for the product(s) listed below.". You will not find anything but Intel X and K processors, and certainly not AMD.

Perhaps you can find a similar utility on the AMD website.

The product page for xtu clearly states what processors are supported. It is naive to expect a utility written specifically for Intel processors to work on AMD processors.
And, insults and name calling on this community are not tolerated.
