Thank you very much for taking the time to reach the Intel Communities Team, seawolf21. I will do my best to assist you further.
When the Brand String test fails, it is basically that the processor's name was not recognized by the Intel® Processor Diagnostics Tool. Please refer to the https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/processors/sb/theintelprocessordiagnostictoolinwindowsuserguider.pdf Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool User Guide page 20.
This does not mean that your processor is defective. In order to complete the test on the IPDT go Tools > Stop Testing On Fail > Off.
Can you please provide us the model of your processor and motherboard?

INTEL Core Duo E8400 using 2+ years
Socket LGA 775
Mother Board
JOYOON IPM41-D3
RAM
DDR3 2+2 GB
Specifications regarding all components are attached below in PDF format.
It doesn't start on the first attempt in the morning pressing the power key on the CPU (Except the processor fan and other things like SMPS CPU light turn on). The processor turns on after pressing the restart key a few times. But in the daytime, it doesn't happen at all.
Is it a processor issue or the CPU power switch or due to dust it happened?
My Intel Diagnostic tool Test report is shared below.

You can ignore this error on a processor from 2008.

This thread is more than two years old.
For your processor E7200, it is going to fail on Brand String test as your processor is simply too old.
Ignore the error - there is nothing wrong.
