i9-13900HX Thermal Velocity Boost

I am trying to figure out if Thermal Velocity Boost is a feature available to i9-13900HX processor in my laptop.  I am using Throttlestop to undervolt in order to reign in this beast of a CPU and Throttlestop seems to think TVB is available but I don't see it in any of the product specs.  I would appreciate if someone can verify if this is the case or not.

Thank you for posting on the Intel communities. I see that you want to know if the Intel® Core™ i9-13900HX Processor supports Intel® Thermal Velocity Boost, I will be happy to help you.  

Unfortunately, Intel® Core™ i9-13900HX Processor does not support Intel® Thermal Velocity Boost, you can check that on ark.intel.com meaning that it does not support it.

An example of a processor that supports it is the Intel® Core™ i9-13900KS Processor, you can access the processor specification website to know how to find when it supports it.
