 I am trying to find an507_altpll_dynphase_de2.zip design example. apparently, it has been removed from Altera website. can someone show me where I can find this design example. the design example is about Implementing PLL Reconfiguration in Cyclone III Devices  thanks in advance

I know of a project that actually does this for the cyclone III. its the MiST board projects minimig port.  This is the git for it. not sure if its still up - https://github.com/rkrajnc/minimig-mist.git
